Change your planner's language

Pick the language printed on your planner's pages in setup, or later under Planner language in Planner settings.

Each planner has its own language: the language of the words printed on its pages. It is separate from the app's language, which is the menus and buttons. See The app's language and your planner's language are separate.

You pick it on the first setup question, under Planner language. It starts as English.

  1. To change it later, open your planner and select Settings.
  2. Under Planner language, pick English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português or Italiano.

What changes

  • The printed words: headings, labels, day and month names, the tabs, and names the planner gave, like Subject 1.
  • The weekly quotes.
  • PDFs you download or print.

What stays the same

  • Everything you typed, including names you gave tabs, pages and rows, and words you changed in Theme Studio.
  • Stickers.
  • The planner's name in your Library.

Good to know

Everyone who opens the planner sees it in the planner's language, whatever their app is set to, so only the owner can change it. Words that run longer in another language are made a little smaller, so every page keeps its shape.
