Plans and buying
- What does a planner cost?The One Stop Teacher Planner is a yearly subscription with three plans that differ in storage. See today's prices on the join page or in the Shop.
- Buy a plannerNew here? Buy on the join page and your account is made as you pay. Already have an account? Buy from the Shop.
- What's included when you buy a planner?The One Stop Teacher Planner covers your planner, Filing Cabinet storage for your plan, and yearly planner updates.
- Which ways can I pay?Pay with a credit or debit card. Stripe handles the payment, and we never see your card details.
- I pay for storage. What happens if I buy a planner?The planner replaces your Storage plan, so you don't pay for both. Unused time on the Storage plan comes off your first planner year.
- Staff Chat plans: more people and storage for a serverA free server holds up to 10 people. A yearly plan powers one server, with room for more people, bigger files and more server storage.
- I paid but I don't see my plannerA purchase can take a moment to unlock. Here's what each message means, and what to check if your planner still doesn't appear.
Managing your subscription
- See and manage your subscriptionsManage Subscriptions in your Profile shows what you pay for and when it renews, and it's where you change your plan, card or renewal.
- Update your cardChange the card your subscription is charged to from Manage Subscriptions. The change is made on Stripe's secure billing page.
- Find receipts and invoicesPurchase History in Account Settings lists every payment you've made, with a receipt you can open or download for each one.
- When does my subscription renew?Subscriptions renew automatically once a year. Your renewal date and the next amount are shown in Manage Subscriptions.
- Pay for extra years ahead of timeUse Extend term limit to pay for 1 to 5 more years at your own renewal price. Your card isn't charged again until they're used up.
- Will my price change when I renew?Your subscription renews at the price you started with, even if Shop prices change. If your own price ever changes, you're emailed first.
- Switch to a plan with more or less storageMove between Basic, Standard and Premium in Manage Subscriptions. More storage is paid for today; less storage starts at your renewal.
- My renewal payment didn't go throughUpdate the card on your subscription. Your plan keeps working for now, and nothing you've made is lost.
- I was charged twiceCheck Manage Subscriptions for a second subscription or a payment for extra years, then email support to sort out a real duplicate.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel your subscriptionCancel from Manage Subscriptions. You keep everything you paid for until the end date, and you can undo it before then.
- What happens to my planner if my subscription ends?Nothing is deleted. After your paid time you have six months to keep editing, then your planners become view only until you subscribe again.
- Cancel the planner but keep your filesChoose Keep Cloud Storage when you cancel. When your planner time ends, your Filing Cabinet moves to a Storage plan of the same size.
- Start your subscription againBefore your end date, select Resubscribe in Manage Subscriptions. After it, buy the planner again from the Shop and your planners unlock.
- Ask for a refundRefunds are made by our team, not in the app. Email support about the payment, and read what a refund changes.
- How long does a refund take?Once a refund is issued, it usually shows up on the card you paid with within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Discounts and promotions
- Use a discount or promotionDiscounts come as a special link or a button in an offer pop-up. It opens the join page with the discounted price already on it.
- Can I use two discounts at once?No. Each purchase takes one discount. A discount link also replaces the credit you'd otherwise get when switching from a Storage plan.
- My discount link didn't workWhat the join page's discount messages mean, and what to do when the page shows the full price.
- Does a discount apply after the first year?No. A discount covers your first year only. From your first renewal, you pay the regular yearly price for your plan.
