The shop
- Browse the shopOpen the Shop to see the One Stop Teacher Planner and our teacher resources, what each one includes, and their prices.
- Add the planner you bought to your LibraryAfter you buy, use Add to Library to create your planner in your Library. You can add another copy whenever you need one.
- See what you already ownThe Shop marks what you already have with a green check mark, your Library lists what you own, and Manage Subscriptions lists what you pay for.
- I paid, but my purchase hasn't shown up yetAfter checkout, the Shop confirms your payment and unlocks your purchase, usually within seconds. Here's what each message means and what to do.
- I closed the checkout page. Was I charged? No. You're only charged when you finish paying on the checkout page, and everything is still in the Shop when you want to try again.
Teacher resources
- What is a teacher resource?Teacher resources are the spiral reviews, games, units and more we sell besides the planner. Buy one in the Shop, and a copy appears in your Library.
- Read, search, print and download a resourceA resource shows two pages on a computer, or one page on a phone held upright. Search its words, change its layout in Settings, and use Download / Print.
- Write on a resource and add pagesSome resources are your own copy to change. Select Edit to write on one, use Pages to add or remove pages, and New for a fresh copy.
- Why is my resource locked? When you no longer own a resource, after a refund for example, your copy stays in your Library but locks. It opens again if you get it back.
Filing Cabinet
- What is the Filing Cabinet? The Filing Cabinet is your own storage for worksheets, PDFs, photos and videos. The One Stop Teacher Planner includes 1 GB, and bigger plans are available.
- Upload filesAdd files to your Filing Cabinet with the New button, or by dragging them onto the page. You can upload many at once, of any type and size.
- Is there a limit on file size or type? No. You can upload any kind of file, at any size, to your Filing Cabinet. The only limit is how much room your storage plan has left.
- Keep working while your files uploadUploads keep going while you use the rest of the app, and pick up again if you refresh the page. Here's where to see how they're doing.
- Stop an uploadUse Cancel all to stop every file that hasn't finished, or the X next to one file to skip just that one. Files that already uploaded stay.
- My upload stopped or failedWhat each upload message means, from Retrying to Storage Full, and how to get your files into your Filing Cabinet.
- Make folders and organize your filesCreate folders in your Filing Cabinet, put folders inside folders, and move around them with the path at the top of the page.
- Change a folder's color or pictureGive any folder one of nine colors or a picture of your own, so you can spot it at a glance. The picture doesn't use your storage.
- Move, copy and rename filesUse the menu on any file or folder to rename, move or copy it. On a computer you can also drag it onto a folder.
- Copy, cut, paste and delete files with the keyboardOn a computer, select a file, then use Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V to copy or move it, and Delete to send it to Recently Deleted.
- Find, sort and change how your files lookSearch every folder by name, sort by name, date, type or size, and switch between a grid of tiles and a list.
- Open, preview and download a fileDouble-click a file to preview it. Photos, PDFs, videos and recordings open right in the app, with Open in new tab and Download underneath.
- Delete files and get them backDeleted files and folders go to Recently Deleted in your Profile for 30 days, where you can restore them or delete them for good.
- How much storage do I have? The One Stop Teacher Planner includes 1 GB, Standard has 5 GB and Premium 10 GB. See what you've used in the Filing Cabinet or your Profile.
- My storage is fullWhen a file won't fit, the upload stops and Storage Full appears. Free up space or switch to a bigger plan, then upload again.
- I deleted files, but my storage didn't go downDeleted files wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days and still count until then. Delete them for good to get the space back now.
- Get more storageSwitch your storage plan from your Profile: Basic has 1 GB, Standard 5 GB and Premium 10 GB, each shown with its price per year.
- Why does my Filing Cabinet say Unlock File Storage? The Filing Cabinet comes with the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan. Without either, it shows Unlock File Storage instead of your files.
- What happens to my files if my subscription ends?Your files aren't deleted, but the Filing Cabinet closes and your share links stop working until you have a subscription or storage plan again.
- Use your Filing Cabinet files in a plannerAttach Filing Cabinet files to your planner pages, keep a shortcut to a file in your Library, and see where collaborators' files are saved.
- Put a shortcut to a file in your LibraryAdd a Filing Cabinet file to your Library so it sits beside your planners. Renaming or removing the shortcut never changes the file.
- Why is there a Collaborator Files folder in my Filing Cabinet? When someone who can edit your planner attaches their own file, a copy is saved in your Filing Cabinet, in a folder named after that planner.
Sharing files
- Share a file or folder with a linkMake a link to any file or folder in your Filing Cabinet, then copy it or email it. Anyone with the link can view and download it.
- Make a share link expireSet a share link to stop working after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or at a date and time you choose. Links never expire unless you set one.
- Turn off a share linkTurn a share link off to stop it working right away, and turn it back on later. Removing a link ends it for good, but the file stays.
- See every link you've sharedThe Shared links list in your Filing Cabinet shows every link you've made and whether it works, and lets you copy, turn off or remove each one.
- Open a file someone shared with a linkOpen the link in any browser to view and download the file or folder. You don't need an account, and recordings play right on the page.
- Save a shared file to your own Filing CabinetSigned in, with the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan, you can copy a shared file or folder into your own Filing Cabinet with Add to Filing Cabinet.
- A share link isn't workingWhat the messages on a share link mean, for the person opening it and for the teacher who shared it, and how to fix each one.
Class rosters
- Create a class rosterAdd a class roster with your students' names once, and use it in every planner you own. Type the names or upload a spreadsheet.
- Add students from a spreadsheetUpload your class list as a CSV or Excel file and the app adds the student names to your roster. Only the names are added, and no AI reads the file.
- Use a class roster in your plannerWhere a page has a column for student names, clicking an empty line lists the students on your rosters, so you can pick a name instead of typing it.
- Fill in student names from a rosterFill a whole column with your students' names in one step, starting at the line you choose and skipping students already on the page.
- Change or remove a rosterRename a roster or a student, put students in order, add or remove them, or delete a roster, from the Roster Manager in any planner's settings.
Your own fonts and stickers
- Upload your own fontsAdd your own fonts in the Font Manager in your Library, then use them for text and in Theme Studio in every planner you own.
- Upload your own stickersUpload your own pictures as stickers from the sticker picker in your planner. They're kept under Your stickers in every planner you own.
- Delete a font or sticker you uploadedRemove fonts in the Font Manager and stickers under Your stickers. Text in a deleted font changes font, but stickers you placed stay.
- Do my fonts and stickers use my storage? No. Fonts, stickers and the pictures on your planner pages don't count against your Filing Cabinet storage. Only Filing Cabinet files do.
