Change your name, picture and bio
Change the name people see on planners you share, pick an emoji or upload a photo, and add a short bio.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile.
- Select Account Settings.
- Select Edit Picture, Change Name or Change Bio.
- Picture: select one of the 16 emoji pictures, or select Upload your own photo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, under 5 MB). It saves straight away. Remove picture goes back to your initials.
- Name: type your full name in Full name and select Save. It can be up to 80 characters. This is the name on your profile and on planners you share.
- Bio: a short note about you, up to 280 characters, shown on your Profile. Select Save. To remove it, clear the box and save.
Good to know
This doesn't change your planners. To put your name on a planner, see Put your name on your planner.
