What you'll find in your Profile
Your Profile holds your account settings, language, notifications, collaborators, Recently Deleted, storage, help and the Sign out button.
Open your Profile by clicking or tapping your picture or initials at the top right of the screen. You can also go straight to your Profile.
At the top is a card with your picture, your name, the month you joined (Member since), your email address and your bio. Below it:
- Account Settings: your picture, name, bio, email and password, plus Language, Accessibility, Manage Subscriptions, Purchase History and Privacy & Notifications. See Account settings.
- Manage Collaborators: everyone you've shared planners with, across all your planners.
- Recently Deleted: planners, teacher resources and files you deleted, ready to restore. A number shows how many are waiting.
- Help & Support: opens a page with your Support messages and the Help Center. A number beside it counts the replies from our support team you haven't opened.
- In Help & Support, Support messages holds your conversations with our support team (open one to read it and reply), and Help Center opens this Help Center in a new tab (in the desktop and phone apps, in your web browser). See Contact support.
- Storage: how much of your storage you've used, with Get More Storage (or Get Storage if you don't have any yet).
- Sign out.
At the very bottom is the version of the app you're using. In the desktop app it also says whether you're up to date, with a Check for updates button.
