Make a copy of a planner
Use Make a Copy on a planner's card to get a new planner with the same pages, lessons and settings.
- In your Library, select the three-dot menu (⋮) on the planner's card.
- Select Make a Copy.
- Wait for Copy created. The new card is named "Copy of" and the original's name.
The copy has everything: its settings, pages, lessons, calendar notes, text boxes, drawings, pictures, stickers and school calendar.
Good to know
A copy is a new, private planner. It has no collaborators and no chat.
Good to know
A copy keeps the original's start months. To carry a planner into a new school year, use Duplicate into the next year instead.
Good to know
You can only copy planners you own. A planner shared with you has no copy option.
Tip
The copy's name is in your app's language. Rename it any time: see Rename a planner.
