Your Library at a glance
Your Library holds every planner and teacher resource you own, planners other teachers shared with you, and shortcuts to your files.
Open your Library from the menu: the sidebar on a computer, or the bar at the bottom on a phone. It has two tabs:
- My Library: the planners and teacher resources you own, and shortcuts to files you added from your Filing Cabinet.
- Shared with Me: planners other teachers shared with you, marked Can edit or Can view.
Each planner's card shows its real cover, its name, and when it was last edited, or Ready to set up until you've set it up. A resource's card shows its picture or its first page. Select a card to open it.
What you can do here
- New adds a planner or a resource you own. See Create your first planner and What is a teacher resource?.
- The three-dot menu (⋮) on a planner's card has Rename, Details, Make a Copy, Duplicate into the next year and Delete. On a resource's card it has Rename, Make a Copy and Delete.
- Search, sort, switch between cards and a list, and drag cards into your own order. See Search, sort and change how your Library looks.
- The font button beside the search box (Manage fonts) opens your fonts. See Upload your own fonts.
Good to know
Details shows a planner's name, school year, theme and the date it was created.
Good to know
Renaming a file shortcut changes only its Library label, and removing one does not delete the file. If the file was deleted from your Filing Cabinet, the shortcut says Missing File.
