Search, sort and change how your Library looks
Search by name, sort by name or date, switch between cards and a list, and drag cards into your own order.
Search
Type in the search box at the top. Cards narrow down by name as you type. On Shared with Me, you can also search by the owner's name or email.
Sort
Select the Sort button (two arrows) in the row with the search box. Under Sort by, pick Custom, Name, Last modified or Resource type. Under Direction, pick Ascending or Descending. Under Planners, choose Planners on top or Mixed with resources.
Cards or a list
The button beside the sort button switches between cards (Switch to grid view) and a compact list (Switch to list view).
Your own order
Drag a card onto another card's spot to move it there. This switches sorting to Custom and keeps your order, even on your other devices.
Good to know
Sorting applies to My Library. On Shared with Me, you can still drag cards into your own order. Your sort and view choices are remembered on each device.
