Print your planner

Use Share / Export, then Print, to print one page or the whole planner. A print-ready copy opens and your print window appears.

  1. Select Share / Export at the top of your planner (on a phone, the share icon).
  2. Under Export, select Print.
  3. Choose This page or Full planner.
  4. For the full planner, a short box with three tips comes up first. Select Print my planner, or Back to go back to the Share window.
  5. A print-ready copy opens in a new browser tab. Once its artwork has loaded, your print window appears. Pick your printer and print.
  • In the desktop app, the print-ready copy opens in your web browser.
  • If nothing opens and you see Allow pop-ups for this site to print., allow pop-ups for this site in your browser, then select Print again.
  • The full planner is well over a hundred sheets of paper. To print one week, go to that week first and choose This page.
  • The full planner has a few pages you don't see in the app: a blank page behind the cover and behind each section's cover page, a page after the cover with the One Stop Teacher Shop logo and lines for your name, and a back cover at the end with the copyright notice inside it. The blank pages keep every section's cover page on the front of a sheet, and the back cover on the back of the last one.

Print on both sides

  • Print on both sides. Your planner is made to print front and back, like a real one. In your print window, look for a setting called two-sided, double-sided or print on both sides.
  • Check your printer first. Every printer does two-sided its own way. Some flip the paper for you, others ask you to flip the stack and put it back in. Try a few sheets before the whole planner.
  • The blank pages are on purpose. They keep your two-page spreads side by side.

These are the tips in the box before the full planner prints or downloads. Tick Don't show this again in it and it won't come up again, on any of your devices.

Good to know

Your planner prints on US Letter paper, with its design running right to the edges. See what paper size the planner prints on for printer settings.
