Download your planner as a PDF
Use Share / Export, then Download as PDF, to save the whole planner or just the page you're on as a PDF file.
- Open your planner and select Share / Export at the top (on a phone, the share icon).
- Under Export, select Download as PDF.
- Choose This page or Full planner. The X takes you back if you change your mind.
- For the full planner, a short box with three tips for printing it comes up first. Select Download my planner, or Back to go back to the Share window.
The Share window closes and a message shows that your PDF is being made, so you can keep planning. One page usually takes under a minute. The full planner (your cover, every week and every section, in order) takes a few minutes.
When it's ready you'll see Your PDF is ready. The download has started. If you miss the file, select Download again in that message. In the desktop app, the message says the PDF is downloading in your web browser instead, and its button says Open again.
- The file is named after your planner, and after the page too if you chose This page.
- If nothing has changed since your last PDF, the next one comes back almost straight away.
- The full planner's PDF has a few pages you don't see in the app: a blank page behind the cover and behind each section's cover page, a page after the cover with the One Stop Teacher Shop logo and lines for your name, and a back cover at the end with the copyright notice inside it. The blank pages keep every section's cover page on the front of a sheet, and the back cover on the back of the last one, when you print it.
Good to know
Downloading needs an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription. On a shared planner you also need your own subscription and the owner's permission. See why you can't download or print.
