Why can't I download or print my planner?
Download as PDF and Print need an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription, and the owner's permission on a shared planner. Here's what each message means.
If Download as PDF and Print are greyed out, the Share window says why:
- Download & print need an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription. You'll see this on your own planner when your One Stop Teacher Planner subscription isn't active, for example after it has ended. See what happens when a subscription ends.
- Download & print need your own active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription. On a planner someone shared with you, you need a One Stop Teacher Planner subscription of your own. See buy a planner.
- The owner has turned off printing and downloading for this planner. Ask the owner to turn on Allow printing and downloading in their sharing settings.
Two other things can look like a problem:
- This page is greyed out with Nothing on this page prints. when the section you're on has no pages yet.
- Download as PDF shows Making your PDF... while one is already on its way. It becomes available again when that one finishes.
