Getting around
- On a phone, Shop, Library, Filing Cabinet and Staff Chat are in a bar at the bottom, which steps aside while you type. Your picture at the top right opens your Profile, next to the notification bell.
- An open planner fills the screen. The X at the top left takes you back to your Library.
- Hold your phone or tablet upright to see one page at a time, or turn it sideways to see both pages. To change this, tap the sliders icon at the top to open Planner settings, then look under Page Layout.
- The buttons at the top of an open planner are icons. Press and hold one to see its name.
- Planner settings, Share / Export and other panels open from the bottom. Swipe one down to close it, or tap its X.
Making changes
Tap the pencil (Edit) to change things. The tools sit in a strip at the bottom: Text, Write, Image, Sticker and Attach. While you type, the strip stays just above the keyboard. In a panel, a chat or a page, the box you type in and its buttons stay above the keyboard too.
Good to know
Reporting a problem with F8 needs a keyboard. In a planner, tap the question mark at the top right, then More options, then Report a bug. Anywhere else, tap the question mark at the top, left of the bell, then More options, then Report a bug.
