Write on a resource and add pages

Some resources are your own copy to change. Select Edit to write on one, use Pages to add or remove pages, and New for a fresh copy.

A resource you can write on is your own copy. Nothing you change reaches anyone else, and we never change it for you. A PDF resource can't be written on, so it has no Edit button.

Write on it

Select Edit (on a phone, the pencil). You get the same tools as in your planner: text boxes, drawing, pictures, stickers and links. Select Done (on a phone, the check mark) when you're finished. Everything saves as you go.

Add, reorder and remove pages

  1. Select Edit.
  2. Select the Pages tab on the top edge of the left page.
  3. The Pages window lists the resource's pages in order. Select a page's name to go to it.
  • Add page opens Add pages, with this resource's own pages and a blank Custom page. Select + on each page you want, then the button at the bottom, such as Add 2 pages.
  • Rename: select the pencil next to the page, type, then press Enter.
  • Reorder: on a computer, drag the handle at the left of a row. Or open the page's three dots and choose Move up or Move down.
  • Duplicate: open the page's three dots and choose Duplicate. The copy has everything that was on the page.
  • Remove: open the page's three dots and choose Remove.

Before you do this

Remove asks you to confirm, then deletes the page with everything on it. It can't be undone, and a resource always keeps at least one page.

When we update a resource

Your copy stays exactly as you left it. Add page always offers the latest pages, so you can add new ones from there. For a whole fresh copy of the latest version, select New in your Library, then the resource under Resources. Your old copy stays too.

Tip

Make a Copy on the card copies your copy, with your changes. Add a fresh copy in New starts clean.
