What is a teacher resource?
Teacher resources are the spiral reviews, games, units and more we sell besides the planner. Buy one in the Shop, and a copy appears in your Library.
Teacher resources are everything we sell besides the planner: spiral reviews, games, units, reading responses and more. Each one is its own purchase, so you don't need a One Stop Teacher Planner subscription to buy or use one.
Where you find them
- In the Shop: resources are in the sections below the One Stop Teacher Planner. Select one to read its page, then Buy (in the desktop app, Buy on the web). Once you own it, its page says Purchased. See Browse the shop.
- In your Library: a copy appears by itself as soon as your payment goes through. Its card shows the resource's picture or its first page, with its name and when it was last edited.
- From New: in your Library, select New (on a phone, the round + button). Under Resources, select the one you want. It says Add a fresh copy, and the new copy opens straight away.
- In Recently Deleted: a resource you deleted is marked Resource, and you can restore it for 30 days.
Two kinds of resource
- A PDF resource is a finished file. You can read it, print it and download it, but not write on it, so it has no Edit button.
- A resource you can write on is your own copy to change. See Write on a resource and add pages.
Both open like your planner, with page turns, but without a cover, tabs or rings. See Read, search, print and download a resource.
Good to know
A resource is yours alone. It can't be shared with other teachers, and it has no chat. Its own words stay in English, while the buttons around it are in your language.
Good to know
The three-dot menu (⋮) on a resource's card has Rename, Make a Copy and Delete. Deleting a copy never takes the resource away: you can add a fresh one from New.
Good to know
Does a resource say Planner not found in the desktop app? That copy of the app is older than teacher resources. Open the resource in your web browser, and update the desktop app when an update is offered. In an older desktop app the Shop may still say resources are coming soon, so buy in your web browser or update the app.
Good to know
Bought a resource from our old store? Once we've added your purchase, it appears in your Library the next time you open the app with the email address you bought it with, after that address is verified. If it doesn't appear, contact support with that email address.
