Why is my resource locked?

When you no longer own a resource, after a refund for example, your copy stays in your Library but locks. It opens again if you get it back.

You stop owning a resource when it's refunded, or when the subscription you bought it with ends. Your copy is never deleted: its card stays in your Library.

What you see

  • A PDF resource says This resource is locked and won't open. Go to the shop opens the Shop.
  • A resource you can write on opens view only, with the line You don't own this resource anymore, so it's view only. Your changes are kept. Its Edit button is greyed out.
  • Download / Print says You need to own this resource to download or print it.

Get it again, from the Shop or from our team, and it opens right where you left it, with your changes.

Good to know

Your One Stop Teacher Planner subscription ending never locks a resource. They're separate purchases.
