A quick tour of the app
Where the Shop, Library, Filing Cabinet, Staff Chat, notification bell and your Profile are, on a computer and on a phone.
Your Library is home base: it's where your planners are. Everything else is one click or tap away.
On a computer
- The sidebar on the left has Shop, Library, Filing Cabinet and Staff Chat. In a web browser, Download the App sits at the bottom of the sidebar and gets you the desktop app.
- At the top right are the question mark for help, the notification bell and your picture or initials. Your picture opens your Profile.
On a phone
- Shop, Library, Filing Cabinet and Staff Chat are in a bar along the bottom of the screen.
- The question mark for help, the bell and your picture are at the top right. In a web browser, App in the top bar gets you the app.
Inside a planner
An open planner fills the whole screen, so the sidebar and the bottom bar step aside. Select the X at the top left to return to your Library.
Tip
While files are uploading, a small progress circle appears on Filing Cabinet, so you can keep working anywhere and still see how it's going. See Keep working while your files upload.
