Shop, Library, Filing Cabinet and Staff Chat: what each one is for

The app has four main places, and each one does its own job.

Shop

Where you buy your planner and teacher resources. Each item has its own page to read before you decide, and anything you already own is marked so you can't buy it twice. See Browse the shop.

Library

Your shelf of planners and teacher resources. My Library holds the planners and resources you own, and Shared with Me holds planners other teachers have shared with you. This is where you start, open, rename, copy and delete them. See Your Library at a glance.

Filing Cabinet

Your own storage for worksheets, PDFs, photos and anything else you want to keep, in folders you arrange. You can attach these files to planner pages and share them with a link. A Filing Cabinet comes with the One Stop Teacher Planner. See What is the Filing Cabinet?.

Staff Chat

Where the teachers of your school talk to each other: a channel for each grade and subject, a bulletin board for announcements, and direct messages with any colleague. See Staff Chat: talk with the teachers at your school.
