Can I use my planner on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on your computer, tablet, phone or the desktop app, and your planners and settings follow you.
Yes. Everything lives in your account, not on one device. Sign in with the same email, or the same Google or Apple account, wherever you are, and you'll find the same planners, files and settings.
- Changes you make on one device show up on the others.
- Your app language and your notification choices belong to your account, so they follow you.
- Each device remembers where you were in each planner, so a planner opens on the page you last used on that device.
- Changes you make while offline are saved on that device and sync once it's back online.
Mix and match as you like: the desktop app at school, a browser at home and your phone in between.
Tip
On a shared computer, untick Keep me signed in on this device when you sign in, and sign out when you're done. See Why do I have to sign in every time?.
