Keep working while your files upload
Uploads keep going while you use the rest of the app, and pick up again if you refresh the page. Here's where to see how they're doing.
Once an upload starts, you don't have to wait for it. Go to your Library, the Shop or your planner and carry on: the files keep uploading.
Where to see how it's going
- In the Filing Cabinet: a bar at the top lists each file with its progress, plus a percentage for the whole batch.
- Everywhere else: the Filing Cabinet item in the menu shows a ring that fills up as the upload goes. On a phone, the ring takes the place of the Filing Cabinet icon until the upload is done.
- In your planner: nothing is shown there, but the upload is still running.
Refreshing and closing
Refreshing the page doesn't stop an upload. It picks up where it was, including the part of the file that had already gone up.
Closing the app or the browser tab does stop it. If you open the app again in the same browser within about a minute, the upload usually carries on. Otherwise, upload those files again.
Good to know
If more than one file didn't finish, a message such as 28 files didn't finish uploading stays on screen until you close it, so you know which batch to upload again.
