My changes aren't saving
Check the save status at the top of your planner. Saved, Saving..., Offline and Couldn't save each mean something different.
Your planner saves as you work. The save status at the top, next to Edit, tells you where things stand. On a phone you see just its icon.
- Saved (a cloud with a check): everything is saved.
- Saving... (spinning): a change is on its way. Give it a moment.
- Offline (a cloud with a line through it): you've lost your connection. Keep working. Your changes are kept on this device and save when you reconnect.
- Couldn't save (a red warning sign): the last change didn't save. It clears by itself when the next save works. Check your connection, then make the change again.
If typing does nothing at all, you may not be in edit mode, or you may only be able to view the planner. See I can't type or write on a page.
Tip
Wait for Saved before you close the planner on one device and open it on another.
Good to know
Theme Studio has its own save status at the top right. If a design change couldn't be saved, selecting Done asks before leaving. Stay, reconnect, and try again.
