Can I use my planner without internet?
Yes. If your connection drops, keep working and your changes save when you're back online. The desktop app even opens with no internet.
Yes. If your connection drops while your planner is open, keep working. You'll see You're offline at the top of the screen and Offline in the save status. Your changes are kept on this device and save when you reconnect, and a message tells you when they're syncing.
The desktop app can open with no internet at all, and planners you've opened on that computer before can be opened and edited. In a web browser, it works best if your planner is already open when you lose the connection.
These need a connection:
- Signing in.
- Planners someone shared with you.
- Download as PDF and Print.
- Uploading files and pictures.
- The Shop.
Tip
Before you switch to another device, reconnect and wait for Saved, so your offline changes are there when you open the planner somewhere else.
