Search can't find something I wrote
Search Planner finds words you typed, but not the headings printed on pages, page names, drawings or pictures.
Search Planner looks through the planner you have open. It finds:
- Words you typed in text boxes and in the weekly lesson plans.
- Words you typed into the tables, notes lines and forms on your pages.
- Section cover titles and tab names.
It doesn't find:
- Headings and labels that come printed on a page, other than a section cover's title.
- Page names. Search for a word on the page instead.
- What you typed into a curriculum map's grid.
- Drawings, stickers, pictures or the names of attached files.
- Words in a table, notes lines or a form you've removed from a page.
It shows up to 30 results, so add another word if the list is long. It only searches the planner that's open, not your other planners.
Tip
Just typed something? Opening search saves your latest changes first, so close it and open it again. On a computer, Ctrl + F (Cmd + F on a Mac) opens search.
