Send your planner to someone as a PDF
Download your planner as a PDF, then attach it to an email yourself, or put it in your Filing Cabinet and share a link.
There's no button that emails a PDF for you. Download the PDF, then send it the way you usually send files.
- In your planner, select Share / Export.
- Under Export, select Download as PDF.
- Choose This page for the page on screen, or Full planner for everything.
- When it's ready, the PDF downloads. On a phone, tap Open in the message that appears. Then attach it to an email or message like any other file.
The whole planner takes a few minutes, and you can keep working while it's made. One page is usually ready in under a minute.
Tip
To send a link instead of an attachment, upload the PDF to your Filing Cabinet and share it with a link. Whoever opens the link doesn't need an account.
Good to know
A PDF is a snapshot and won't update. To let someone see your planner as it changes, share the planner instead. Downloading needs an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription, and the PDF is in your planner's language.
