Keep a copy of your planners and files
Download your planners as PDFs and your Filing Cabinet files to your own device, for example before you cancel or leave.
Everything you make stays in your account, but it's wise to keep your own copy before you cancel, change schools or delete your account.
- Planners: download each planner as a PDF, or print it. See Download your planner as a PDF.
- Files: download the files you want from your Filing Cabinet. See Open, preview and download a file.
Good to know
Do the files first. When a subscription ends, your Filing Cabinet closes until you have one again. Planners can still be printed or downloaded for six months after your subscription ends, then they become view only. See What happens to my planner if my subscription ends?.
