I paid but I don't see my planner
A purchase can take a moment to unlock. Here's what each message means, and what to check if your planner still doesn't appear.
Your payment and your access arrive separately, usually a few seconds apart.
- On the join page, you land on You are in, which shows Setting up your subscription… and then takes you to your Library, where your new planner is waiting. If it takes longer than usual, it says your payment is safe and your subscription is still being set up, with a button to your planners.
- In the Shop, the message at the top changes from Payment received. We are unlocking your purchase, this takes a few seconds. to Payment received. Your purchase is unlocked and waiting in your Library. If it's slow, it says so, and your purchase appears on its own even if you leave the page.
If it still isn't there
- Check you're signed in with the email address you paid with: it's under your name on your Profile.
- If you signed up with an email and password, confirm your email first. See Verify your email address.
- Bought in the Shop? Make the planner from your Library. See Create your first planner.
