I signed in but my planners are missing
You're most likely signed in to a different account. Check the email on your Profile, then sign in the same way you did before.
Your planners belong to one account, and each account has one email address. If your Library is suddenly empty, you've most likely signed in to a different account: for example with Google on one device and with another email and password on another.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile, and look at the email address under your name.
- If it isn't the address you usually use, select Sign out at the bottom of your Profile.
- Sign in again the way you did before: the same Google or Apple button, or the same email and password.
Tip
Asked to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy just after signing in? The app asks that of a brand-new account, so you've probably just made a second one. Select Sign out on that screen and sign in the way you did before.
If it is the right account, check these places:
- Planners other people shared with you are under Shared with Me in your Library, not My Library.
- A planner you deleted is in Recently Deleted on your Profile. See Delete a planner and get it back.
Good to know
Can't find them after that? Email support@onestopteachershop.com with every email address you might have used.
