See and manage your subscriptions
Manage Subscriptions in your Profile shows what you pay for and when it renews, and it's where you change your plan, card or renewal.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile.
- Select Account Settings, then Manage Subscriptions.
Under Your Subscriptions, each subscription has a card with what it includes, its price per year, and Renews with a date, or Paid through if you've paid ahead. A free or discounted first year has a label beside the name, such as Free first year, until it renews. Select Manage on your One Stop Teacher Planner or Storage subscription to see:
- Next payment and Upcoming charges: how much, and when.
- Primary payment method: select Update to change your card. See Update your card.
- Extend term limit: pay for 1 to 5 more years ahead. See Pay for extra years ahead of time.
- Cancel subscription. See Cancel your subscription.
Further down, Cloud Storage is where you switch to a plan with more or less storage, and Other Subscriptions lists anything else the Shop offers.
Each size of Staff Chat plan you have gets its own card under Your Subscriptions, with the server each plan powers and its own Manage. See Staff Chat plans.
Purchase History is in Account Settings, right under Manage Subscriptions. It lists every payment you've made, with its receipt. See Find receipts and invoices.
Tip
Two shortcuts open the same page: Get More Storage on your Profile, and Manage Subscription on the One Stop Teacher Planner page in the Shop.
