Verify your email address
New email-and-password accounts confirm their address with a link before using the app. The page unlocks by itself once you click it.
When you sign up with an email and a password, we email a link to that address. Until you click it, the app shows Verify your email instead of your Shop, Library and Filing Cabinet. Accounts made with Google or Apple are already confirmed and never see this page.
- Open the email we sent and select the link in it.
- A page says Your email is confirmed. Select Go to my Library, or Go to the Shop if you don't have a planner or resource yet.
- If the app is open somewhere else, it unlocks by itself within a few seconds. You can also select I've verified.
The Verify your email page also has Resend email for a new link, Wrong address? to fix a typo in your address, and Sign out.
If the Verify your email page shows six boxes instead, we sent you a 6-digit code rather than a link. Type the code from the email, or let your phone fill it in, and the app opens by itself. A code works for 10 minutes, and five wrong tries end it. Select Send a new code for another one.
Good to know
Each confirmation link works once. If a link says That link has expired, sign in and select Resend email for a new one.
Good to know
You can buy a planner before you confirm your email, but you need to confirm it before you can use what you bought.
