I was charged twice
Check Manage Subscriptions for a second subscription or a payment for extra years, then email support to sort out a real duplicate.
First, check what each payment was for.
- Two subscriptions. Open Manage Subscriptions from Account Settings. If Your Subscriptions shows two cards, you're paying for two things, for example the One Stop Teacher Planner and a separate Storage plan.
- A payment for extra years. A payment made with Extend term limit is separate from your yearly renewal. Your subscription then shows Paid through a later date.
- Two accounts. If you bought in one account and again in another (for example once with Google and once with a password), each account has its own subscription. Check the email address on your Profile.
If one of the payments is a mistake, email support@onestopteachershop.com with the email address you paid with and the dates and amounts. The team can refund an extra payment and cancel an extra subscription.
Good to know
Switching plans in the middle of the year adds a smaller charge or credit to your next bill for the time that's left. That's expected, not a double charge.
