Open a planner someone shared with you
Planners shared with you are in your Library under Shared with Me. Select the card to open it.
- Open your Library.
- Select Shared with Me at the top.
- Select the planner's card to open it.
Each card shows who shared it and whether you Can edit or Can view. You can also open it from the email you were sent.
With Can edit, select Edit at the top of the planner to start writing. With Can view, you can read, turn pages and search, and a grey View only button sits where Edit would be.
If you see This planner has been deactivated., the planner is view only for everyone on it. You can still read it and its chat, but nobody can edit, print or download it, or send in the chat. It isn't something you can change. Ask the planner's owner about it.
Good to know
A shared planner needs an internet connection. It shows the owner's theme, and its pages are in the planner's language, which the owner chooses.
Tip
Don't see it? Make sure you're signed in with the email address it was shared with. See My collaborator can't see or edit my planner.
