Find anything with Search Planner
Search Planner finds words you typed anywhere in a planner and takes you to the page they are on.
Search Planner looks through everything you have typed in a planner and jumps to the page it is on.
- Open your planner and select the magnifying glass at the top left. You can also press Ctrl + F (Cmd + F on a Mac).
- Type a word. Results appear as you type.
- Each result says where it is, such as the week's date or the tab and page, with a bit of the text. Select one to go there.
To close search, select the X or press Esc. It works on planners shared with you too.
What it looks through
- Text boxes on any page.
- Lessons in the weekly grid.
- Words you typed into the tables, notes and forms of your added pages, such as a student's name in a class list.
- Tab names, and the titles on section cover pages.
Good to know
Search does not look at the headings and labels printed as part of a page's design, at page names, or at a curriculum map's grid. It shows up to 30 results, so a short, unusual word works best. See Search can't find something I wrote.
