Zoom in, fit the page and go full screen
Zoom from 50% to 300% with the buttons above your planner or a pinch, drag to move around, and go full screen for a bigger page.
The zoom buttons sit at the top center, above your planner. From left to right:
- Recenter (100%) puts the page back in the middle at its normal size.
- Zoom Out and Zoom In.
- The percentage in between: select it and type any number from 50 to 300.
- Fullscreen fills your screen with the planner.
On a phone, tap the magnifying glass with a plus sign above the planner to open these buttons.
You can also pinch with two fingers, pinch on a trackpad, or hold Ctrl and turn the mouse wheel. When you are zoomed in, drag the page to move it around, or scroll with the mouse wheel or trackpad.
Full screen
In full screen the bars above and below the planner are hidden. Turn pages with the arrows at the left and right edges, or with the arrow keys. The buttons fade after 5 seconds without mouse movement; move the mouse to bring them back. To leave, select Exit Fullscreen (the X), or press Esc on a computer.
Good to know
Full screen is for reading. It opens at 100%, and edit mode is paused while you are in it. When you leave, your zoom and edit mode come back as they were.
Tip
Each planner remembers its zoom on each device, so it opens the way you left it.
