Use the desktop app without internet
The desktop app opens and keeps your planners working with no internet. Changes save on your computer and sync when you reconnect.
The desktop app is installed on your computer, so it opens and shows your planners even with no internet. Keep planning as usual: your changes are saved on the computer and sync to your account when you're back online.
While you're offline, You're offline shows at the top of the screen and a planner's save status says Offline. When the connection returns you'll see Back online. Syncing your changes.
Before you go offline
- Sign in and open the planners you'll need while you're still online, so they're saved on that computer.
- Leave Keep me signed in on this device ticked when you sign in. Otherwise the app signs you out when it closes, and signing in needs the internet.
What needs the internet
Buying in the Shop, sharing a planner, printing or downloading a PDF, uploading files and updating the app all need a connection, so do them once you're back online.
