Cancel the planner but keep your files
Choose Keep Cloud Storage when you cancel. When your planner time ends, your Filing Cabinet moves to a Storage plan of the same size.
If you want to stop paying for the planner but keep using your Filing Cabinet, keep your storage instead of cancelling everything.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile, then select Account Settings and Manage Subscriptions.
- Select Manage on your One Stop Teacher Planner subscription, then Cancel subscription.
- Select Keep Cloud Storage. The window names the Storage plan you'll move to, with the same storage you have now.
Your subscription's card then says it Switches to Storage on your end date, and that your files stay safe.
- Until that date: your planner works as usual.
- After it: your Storage plan starts and renews yearly, and your Filing Cabinet keeps working. Your planners go through the same steps as any ended One Stop Teacher Planner subscription. See What happens to my planner if my subscription ends?.

Changed your mind before the date? Select Resubscribe on the card to keep your One Stop Teacher Planner subscription.

If a plan with less storage was waiting for your renewal, your Storage plan is that smaller plan. See Switch to a plan with more or less storage.
