What is the Filing Cabinet?
The Filing Cabinet is your own storage for worksheets, PDFs, photos and videos. The One Stop Teacher Planner includes 1 GB, and bigger plans are available.
The Filing Cabinet is your own online storage. Keep worksheets, PDFs, slides, photos, lesson recordings or anything else you use, in folders you arrange yourself. Your files are there on any computer or phone you sign in on.
From the Filing Cabinet you can:
- upload files of any type, and keep working while they upload;
- organize them into folders, and move, copy and rename them;
- open, preview and download them, including playing videos and recordings;
- share a file or folder with a link, for example with parents or another teacher;
- attach files to your planner pages.
How much room you get
The One Stop Teacher Planner includes the Basic plan, 1 GB of storage. You can move up to Standard (5 GB) or Premium (10 GB), and you can also have a storage plan without the planner. See How much storage do I have?
Good to know
If you don't have the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan, the Filing Cabinet shows Unlock File Storage instead of your files. See Why does my Filing Cabinet say Unlock File Storage?
