Cancel your subscription
Cancel from Manage Subscriptions. You keep everything you paid for until the end date, and you can undo it before then.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile, then select Account Settings and Manage Subscriptions.
- On your subscription's card, select Manage, then Cancel subscription.
- For the One Stop Teacher Planner, choose what happens when your paid time ends. Keep Cloud Storage keeps your Filing Cabinet on a Storage plan, and you're done (see Cancel the planner but keep your files). Cancel Everything ends both.
- If you chose Cancel Everything, or you only pay for storage, read the warning and select Cancel Anyway.
- Stripe's billing page opens. Confirm the cancellation there, then come back to the app.
Your subscription's card then shows Deactivated and Access ends on with the date. Until then, everything works as usual.
