Ask for a refund

Refunds are made by our team, not in the app. Email support about the payment, and read what a refund changes.

There's no refund button in the app: a person on our team looks at each request. Email support@onestopteachershop.com, or select Contact support at the bottom of any Help Center page.

Include the email address on your account, which payment you mean (the date and the amount), and anything we should know.

What a refund changes

  • A full refund, with your subscription cancelled, puts you back where you'd be if you hadn't made that payment. Your planners stay in your Library to read, but can't be edited, and a refunded year doesn't come with the six months of editing that normally follow. Any earlier year you paid for still counts.
  • A partial refund is an adjustment to what you paid. It doesn't cancel your subscription or remove anything from your account.
  • A refund of years you paid ahead with Extend term limit takes those years back off your subscription.
  • A refund of a teacher resource takes it off your account. Your copy stays in your Library, but it locks. See Why is my resource locked?.

Whatever the refund, everything you've made stays in your account, and the money goes back to the card you paid with. See How long does a refund take?.

Good to know

Cancelling on its own doesn't give money back: you keep what you paid for. See Cancel your subscription.
