Work on a planner at the same time as a collaborator
See who else has your planner open, watch their changes appear, and avoid typing over each other.
You and your collaborators can have the planner open at the same time. Changes show up for everyone as they're made.
- A circle with initials at the top of the planner shows who else has it open. A green dot means that person is editing something. Point at it to see everyone's names.
- When more than one person is in, the next ones peek out behind the first circle, like a deck of cards. Press the circles to bring the next person to the front, and keep pressing to go through everyone.
- If someone is typing in a text box, it's theirs until they finish. If you try to change it, a message tells you they're editing it.
Use the planner chat to agree who's working on what.
Good to know
Only the owner can change the design in Theme Studio. Collaborators write on top of it.
