My renewal payment didn't go through
Update the card on your subscription. Your plan keeps working for now, and nothing you've made is lost.
If your card was declined or has expired, your yearly renewal can't be charged. Most of the time, a new card fixes it.
- Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile, then select Account Settings and Manage Subscriptions.
- Select Manage, then Update next to Primary payment method.
- Add a card that works on Stripe's billing page.
Your plan keeps working normally for now, but update your card soon so nothing is interrupted. Everything you've made stays in your account either way.
Good to know
If the payment keeps failing, your access eventually ends. See What happens to my planner if my subscription ends?.
