Pay for extra years ahead of time

Use Extend term limit to pay for 1 to 5 more years at your own renewal price. Your card isn't charged again until they're used up.

  1. Select your picture (or your initials) in the top right corner to open your Profile, then select Account Settings and Manage Subscriptions.
  2. On your subscription's card, select Manage.
  3. Under Extend term limit, choose how many years, from 1 to 5.
  4. Select the button that starts with Extend for. It shows the total. Then pay on Stripe's checkout page.

Back in the app, Manage Subscriptions says Payment received. This subscription is paid through and the date, and your subscription's card shows Paid through that date.

Good to know

In the desktop app, Stripe's checkout page opens in your web browser. After you pay, close that tab and go back to the app. You don't need to sign in there if it asks. Your subscription's card shows Paid through and the new date as soon as your payment arrives.

Each extra year costs the same as your own yearly renewal, and the years pay for your next renewals in order. Your renewal date doesn't move, and your card isn't charged again until the years are used up.

Good to know

If it says Payment received. Updating this subscription…, give it a moment. Please don't pay again: your payment has already arrived.

Good to know

Paying ahead also lets you duplicate a planner into the next school year when your subscription doesn't cover it yet. See Start next year's planner from this year's.
