See every link you've shared
The Shared links list in your Filing Cabinet shows every link you've made and whether it works, and lets you copy, turn off or remove each one.
- Open the Filing Cabinet.
- Select the Shared links button, the share icon near the search box.
Each link shows its file or folder and where it stands:
- Live: it works and never expires.
- Expires and a date: it works until then.
- Expired: its time is up.
- Disabled: you turned it off.
- File deleted: the file or folder is in Recently Deleted or gone.
Next to each one you can copy the link, switch it off or back on with Turn off and Turn on, or remove it for good with the broken-link button (the file stays).
To tidy up, Clear disabled links removes every link you've turned off. Confirm with Yes, remove them.
Good to know
A link to something in Recently Deleted doesn't work. If you restore the item, its link works again.
