Save a shared file to your own Filing Cabinet
Signed in, with the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan, you can copy a shared file or folder into your own Filing Cabinet with Add to Filing Cabinet.
- Open the share link.
- Select Add to Filing Cabinet next to the file or folder. If you aren't signed in, sign in first: you come back to the same page afterwards.
- Choose My Files or one of your folders, then select Add Here.
- Select Open Filing Cabinet to see it, or Done to stay on the page.
What you get is your own copy. It uses your storage, and changes the person who shared it makes later don't affect it. Adding a folder copies everything inside it.
Good to know
This needs the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan. Without one you'll see A subscription is needed, and you can still download everything on the page. If your storage is full, you'll see Your storage is full: select Upgrade storage for a bigger plan, or free up space by emptying Recently Deleted in your Profile.
Tip
The page shows Signed in as and your email. If you have two accounts, such as a school one and a personal one, check it's the right one before adding. Sign out is right beside it.
