Add, rename, reorder and delete pages in a section
Manage pages lets you add pages to a section, rename them, change their order, duplicate them, copy them to another tab or remove them.
- Select Edit.
- Select the section's tab, then the three dots on it.
- Choose Manage pages….
A window opens with the section's pages in order. Select a page's name to go to it.
- Add pages: select Add page. Pick a section along the top and select a page to see it up close. Select + on each page you want, and again for another copy, then the Add button at the bottom. They're added at the end. Pages from any section can go in any tab.
- Rename: select the pencil next to the page, type, then press Enter. This changes the name shown under the planner, not the heading printed on the page.
- Reorder: on a computer, drag the handle at the left of a row. Or open the page's three dots and choose Move up or Move down, which also works on a phone.
- Duplicate: open the page's three dots and choose Duplicate. The copy goes right after the original.
- Duplicate to…: open the page's three dots, choose Duplicate to…, then pick a tab. The copy goes at the end of that tab. See duplicate a page.
- Remove: open the page's three dots and choose Remove.
Before you do this
Remove asks you to confirm, then deletes the page with everything on it. It can't be undone.
Good to know
The section's cover page isn't in this list. The Calendar section has no Manage pages…, because its months are made for you.
