The cover page at the start of each section
Every section you add opens with a cover page, like a divider in a binder. Here's how to find it, add to it and change its words.
Each section you add, including ones you name yourself, starts with its own cover page, the way a paper binder has a tabbed divider before each section.
- Selecting a tab opens the section on its first page, not its cover. To see the cover, select Previous once.
- A built-in section's cover uses your theme's design, with the section's name on it.
- A section you made gets a cover in the same style, with the name you typed.
- In edit mode you can put your own text boxes, stickers, pictures and drawings on a cover, just like any page.
- Covers print with your planner, and Search Planner finds them by name.
The words on a cover are part of its design, so you can't type over them in the planner. On your own planner you can change them in Theme Studio: see change the headings and labels printed on a page. Or add a text box of your own on top.
Good to know
Renaming a section you made doesn't change the name on its cover. A cover isn't listed in Manage pages…, and it's only deleted along with its tab.
