How much storage do I have?
The One Stop Teacher Planner includes 1 GB, Standard has 5 GB and Premium 10 GB. See what you've used in the Filing Cabinet or your Profile.
Your storage plan decides how much you can keep in your Filing Cabinet:
- Basic: 1 GB. Included with the One Stop Teacher Planner.
- Standard: 5 GB.
- Premium: 10 GB.
You can also have a storage plan on its own, without the One Stop Teacher Planner.
See how much you've used
- In the Filing Cabinet: the amount used and your total are at the top right, beside a ring that fills as your files take up room.
- In your Profile: the Storage box shows the same amounts.
The ring, and the bar on your Profile, turn red when you've used more than 90%.
What counts
Only files in your Filing Cabinet count, including copies you make and files your collaborators attach to your planners. Your planners themselves, the pictures on their pages, and the fonts and stickers you upload don't count.
Good to know
Deleted files still count until they're deleted for good from Recently Deleted. Select the amount used at the top of the Filing Cabinet for a reminder.
