Which version of the app am I using?
Scroll to the bottom of your Profile to see the version. Support may ask for it, and reports you send with F8 include it for you.
Open your Profile and scroll to the bottom. The last line starts with Version, followed by a number.
- In a web browser, that's the version this tab loaded. If you see A newer version of One Stop Teacher Shop is available., reload to get it.
- In the desktop app, the line below it says whether you're Up to date, and Check for updates checks right now. When an update is ready, the button says Restart to update.
Support may ask for this number. Reports you send with F8 include it automatically.
