It says an account with this email already exists
Each email address has one account, and yours already has one. Sign in instead, reset the password, or use the Google or Apple button.
Each email address can have only one account. If sign-up says An account with this email already exists., you made an account with that address before, maybe a while ago or on another device.
- Go to the sign-in page and sign in with that address.
- Forgotten the password? See Forgot your password?.
- Made the account with Google or Apple? Select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple instead of typing a password.
On the join page, the same thing shows as You already have an account with this email. Enter your password to continue. Type your password (the page also offers Forgot your password?) and carry on with your purchase.
