Forgot your password?
Ask for a reset link from the sign-in page, then choose a new password from the email. Each link works once and lasts an hour.
If you sign in with an email and a password, you can choose a new password from a link we email you.
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? next to Password. You can also go straight to Reset your password.
- Type the email address you use for One Stop Teacher Shop and select Send reset link.
- Open the email and select its link. A page called Choose a new password opens.
- Type your new password in New password and again in Type it again, then select Save my new password. It needs at least 8 characters.
- When you see Your password is set, select Go to sign in and use your new password.
Good to know
Each reset link works once and lasts an hour. If the page says That link has expired, select Send a new link and use the newest email. You can ask for up to five reset emails a day. After that the page says the address has reached today's limit. Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, and check you typed the address you signed up with. Still nothing after a few tries? Contact support, and we will send you a link.
Before you do this
If you normally use Continue with Google, keep using it. A reset on an account that signs in only with Google replaces Google sign-in with the new password. To have both, add a password from your Profile instead: see I signed up with Google. Can I use a password too?
