I didn't get the verification email
Check spam, send a new link with Resend email, or fix a mistyped address with Wrong address? on the Verify your email page.
The Verify your email page shows the address we sent the link to. Check it first, then try these:
- Look in spam or junk. Search your email for One Stop Teacher Shop too.
- Send a new link. Select Resend email. A message says Verification email sent to your address. Use the link in the newest email. You can send up to five a day. After that the page says you have reached today's limit: use the newest email, or try again tomorrow.
- Fix a typo. Select Wrong address?, type the right address and your password, and select Send confirmation. Clicking the link that arrives at the new address fixes your address and confirms it. If the app asks you to sign in again, use the new address.
- Wait if you're asked to. Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes, then try again. means you've asked for several emails in a row.
- Asked for a code? Select Send a new code. The button counts down a minute between codes, and only the newest code works.
School email systems sometimes filter mail from outside senders. If nothing arrives at a school address, ask your school's IT team, or use Wrong address? to switch to another address.
