I can't sign in
What each sign-in message means and what to try next, from a wrong password to a sign-in that keeps loading.
Start with the message under the form.
- Invalid email or password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that button instead. Check the address for typos and try the password again. If you made your account with Google or Apple, use that button. Forgotten the password? See Forgot your password?.
- Too many attempts. Please try again later. Wait a while before trying again, or reset your password.
- Something went wrong. Please try again. Check your internet connection and try again. If a Google or Apple window didn't open, allow pop-ups for this site.
If it keeps loading
When the app is signing you back in, it shows its loading screen. If that takes a while, Taking too long? Sign in manually appears so you can use the form. If you see This is taking longer than usual, check your connection and select Try again, or select Sign in again.
Signed in, but you only see Verify your email? See Verify your email address. Signed in, but your planners are gone? See I signed in but my planners are missing. Asked to update first? See Why am I being asked to update or reload?.
